As the market moved, so did we. Merchants needed storefronts that could actually keep up with their growth, so we went deep on Shopify, custom themes, headless Hydrogen, private apps. Then teams started asking us to build with AI, so we did that too: RAG pipelines, agents, and LLM apps that run in production, not just demos. Today AI and Shopify are the core of what we do, but the same engineering rigor from those early years carries the whole thing.
