A B2B wholesale portal built to replace spreadsheet order entry.
A wholesale buyer had to email a rep and wait for a manual quote on every order. We built the self-service portal that replaced that entirely.

Enterprise buyers were stuck in email
Wholesale accounts couldn't self-serve. Every order went through a sales rep, priced manually against a customer-specific rate sheet, confirmed over email. It worked when the account list was small; at scale it became the bottleneck on revenue the sales team could actually process.
Rate sheets as data, not spreadsheets
We modeled each account's negotiated pricing, minimums, and payment terms as structured data behind Shopify Plus's B2B catalog features, so the portal could show every buyer their real, contracted price at checkout, no rep required for a standard reorder.
What shipped
A self-service B2B portal on Shopify Plus with company-level accounts, custom price lists, and net-terms invoicing, so repeat orders never touch a rep's inbox unless the buyer wants them to.
